Within each class you can expect to cover much of the following:

    A basic warm up routine including skipping & shadow boxing
    Exercises
    Stretching & Flexibility
    Pad work & conditioning
    Bag work
    Technical tuition
    One on One controlled application

NB. Unlike other martial arts there is a greater degree of one on one

 application as the various holds, chokes, escapes, submissions &

throws etc are more effectively applied within this form or training.

Sparring (Optional):

Many students do not wish to spar therefore all sparring tuition takes place in an additional class which is optional. This class focuses on:

    Footwork
    Technique
    Defence
    Contact
